We would like to inform you about an incident that occurred, which may have affected your data within the innius platform and associated dashboards.
On Monday 26th June 2023, between 08:00 and 14:00 UTC, an unexpected data bottleneck occurred which resulted in 4.18% of the data incoming from Ewon modems to be lost. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your operations.
Following detection, our team quickly identified the root cause and removed the bottleneck. Measures have been implemented to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Rest assured that the reliability and integrity of your data are of utmost importance to us.
